Hi, my name is Julio Ibarra. I am currently working for the county of San Bernardino. I am a CSUSB graduate and have lived in the city of San Bernardino for 11yrs. I have a good rental track record of 9yrs. I have been entrusted by my current landlord to take on managerial task for my current 4-plex(show prospective tenants vacant apartments, collect applications, and receive maintenance personal). I enjoy seeing a beautiful/ clean living environment. I am great at picking trash, especially, if it’s at my own residence. I’m a reserved individual and enjoy privacy.
