Hi everyone! I am a mid 20s Interior Architect working in the financial district in need of a roommate! I’m looking to rent a 2 bedroom luxury apartment to move in 8/31 or on 9/1. My absolute max budget is $1,800.

I’m looking for someone who is a like-minded working professional that is very* clean, organized, quiet, and considerate of common spaces. If you like having occasional drinks out at places like Yvonne’s or chill weekend brunches in back bay (mimosas anyone??) but also have days where you need space to wind down and keep to yourself, I’m the girl for you!

I am chill about having friends around as long as its within reason and respectful about our space and needs. My work schedule is going to the office 9-5 but occasionally i’ll work from home Monday or Friday. I’m a night owl and go to bed between 12am-2am and sleep in till 10am on weekends..but you don’t have to be dead silent for me haha.

My desires in my roommate: all genders welcome -no pets -no couples -non-smoker v-ery clean (doesn’t leave dirty dishes laying around or in the sink overnight, proactively wipes down surfaces they see are dirty, also like me vacuums and washes the floors once a week) -no students (grad students over 24yo are fine) -good communicator -doesn’t own a weapon (cant believe I have to ask that) -covid vaccinated (if you are boosted its a plus) -lgbtqia+ accepting and blm supporting household -works at office not from home

About me…I identify as She/Her, and I obviously love interior architecture, architecture, industrial design, fashion, going to art museums/galleries, watching commentary youtubers and twitch streamers, and watching animee. (also starting to do irl streams in boston myself..u wanna come along??) I also love to exercise after work (wouldn’t mind signing up for fitness weekend classes with you!) and listen to punk rock music! (haven’t been to a good concert in a while..) I currently dont have any pets myself or allergies, I dont smoke and am covid vaccinated.
