I am male, aged 62, looking for a large room, preferably with a private bathroom or at least momentary access to a second bathroom. I teach part time and work from home part time. I spend most of my spare time reading, writing and conducting research. I have a caged pet, a parakeet, that remains in the cage in my room. I keep her cage clean and she is quiet and respectful. 😌 My 12 year old son visits on weekends and school holidays. He is serene, respectful, quiet and more mature and responsible than many adults. He helps clean house, helps with cooking and plays games on his tablet etc. I have an excellent rental history and references. I enjoy the company of housemates but spend most of my time in my room or outdoors.
