I’m a 40 year old working professional male Looking for a private room to rent. Key word private… Yes it is a deal breaker. Preferably Unfurnished but I can make it work if I need to. I just need space for me , my desktop computer , and my dj equipment ( speakers, stands, etc)

Location Preference: College Park strong preference / Seminole side of winter park. (Fairbanks not Aloma), or very close by.

I am not a fan of every night late night parties. I’m not against having people over, just not loud and obnoxious vibes. I like going home and treating it like a retreat where i can wind down and chill.

If you are good at keeping the kitchen sink dish free as much as possible, as well as not leaving food out…you will have earned my respect lol. Sorry ..I’ve just dealt with some interesting characters as roommates in my life lol.

Pills, cocaine, heroin, all of it .. . If this is you , just reply that you don’t feel we would be compatible roommates, and I’ll know what you mean . If you are an outside smoker, that is fine.

For fun , I’m a pc gamer when I’m home. Want to get into table top at some point. When I go out , I love to check out local bands and do karaoke. I have a reaction YouTube channel im starting up too on the side.

I am allergic to cats so a strong preference would be somewhere without a cat in the home. Dogs are ok.
