Iâm a young 64 single retired female looking for a room to rent w/my 30# mini-Aussie who goes everywhere with me. Iâm quiet neat/tidy. Non-smokers only please. Iâm social and friendly and have a small online jewelry biz I run from home so I need a small area for PC and small inventory of jewelry (maybe a 4-5 ft space for both).
