Hey there! I’m James. I work full time in a decent career. I just can’t afford to live alone anymore since prices have been going up so much. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep saving up and get my own house sooner rather than later.

I’m clean, quiet, friendly and love most pets. I like doing chores and being handy enough to fix most things. In my free time, I really enjoy golfing when the weather permits it. Otherwise I like reading, watching shows (ideally you do too, I have some things on my list I want to watch with someone else) and playing games.

I might as well list the things I would consider the downsides now, at least to save us some time. I have 2 vehicles currently but am interested in switching careers in the next 6 months which will bring me back down to 1 car. Also, having lived alone for the past several years I do have an apartment’s worth of stuff that I would like to keep out of a storage shed, but I’m flexible and tbh you’ll love my couch lol.

If there’s anything I left out, feel free to ask. This is our living situation, so I’ll answer whatever I can to make both of us more comfortable.
