Hi folks, I’m Justin :) I’m looking for roommates to start a new lease or to join an existing one in Potrero Hill, Mission District, Dogpatch, or SOMA (in order of preference). My budget is ~$2000, I’m open to having between 1 and 4 roommates, and I’d prefer a one-year lease.

About me:

• I’m in my early 20s, from upstate New York, and moving to the Bay Area for work.
• I’m looking forward to being in the city and am eager to explore. Love checking out different bars, cafes, and restaurants.
• I enjoy biking (STRAVA), concerts, backpacking, skiing, CSGO, walks, and playing soccer and guitar.
• I’m a respectful roommate. I like keeping a tidy/organized space, but I’m not a stickler about it.

Other things I’m looking for:

• A private bedroom and prefer a private bathroom.
• Not just looking for housemates; looking for friends!
• A smoke-free household.
• In-unit washer and dryer.
• Gender is no bar, but I prefer male roommates.
• I need to be biking distance from one of the SF Caltrain stations.
