Hi there I’m Chez

I’m just looking to possibly rent out a room in around Ann Arbor or surrounding areas within 30 minutes of the city. Right now I live in Kansas City, MO and Im switching agencies in the federal government and transferring to the VA Ann Arbor hospital. I will be looking to move in with someone by October.

I’m can be mostly quietly but always polite when speaking. I like to work mornings and go to bed around 9-10. I’m open minded. I don’t do cannabis and rarely drink alcohol and never any other drugs, but I don’t mind if you do as long as you don’t abuse yourself. I can be to nice and maybe give a gift or something. Just know that I do not ever want nothing in return, that’s just the person my mom raised me to be. I would like to live with a mature female who is clean like myself. Male is fine as long as he is clean and don’t use Alcohol or other drugs more than once a week.

I also prefer to have my own bathroom, but if that is not possible then I’m hoping you can be neat and clean with bathroom. Besides that I can be cool with whatever.

Rent length 6 months and maybe longer. If I sign a 6 months lease; I will respect that agreement and fulfill it. and if it’s months to month I will give 30 notice. I do hate goodbyes tho.
