I am a salaried 7th grade teacher for a virtual public school in California. I’m a quiet, exceptionally clean (a bit OCD to be honest), respectful, so-Cal native (Santa Barbara) who is looking for long-term housing. I don’t drink alcohol (just don’t like it), I don’t smoke, and live a very modest, healthy lifestyle. I’m in the gym everyday, I love Yoga, lifting, swimming, outdoor activities, etc. I’m looking for a positive, relaxing environment where I can begin my doctorate as the school year comes to a close. I work (teach) from home, I’m not a night owl, and I’m up early every morning to make the most of my day. I love sports (former pro-beach vb player), live music, I travel pretty often, and I love the beach. I’m a genuine, big-hearted guy who likes to do nice things for other people. I love to cook, I absolutely love seeing my students succeed, and I only want to surround myself with good energy and good people at this point in my life. My move-in date is 4/4.
