🚨 In need of a furnished room by May 1st 🚨

Hello! I am from Washington State… my lease is up where I’m at in Oceanside so I am looking for a new place. I would like to move further south, closer to friends in Carmel Valley- Lower Carlsbad area… possibly interested even further south. I am looking for a job but trying to find a place first and then the job.

I love to kick back, watch shows, am up for doing most anything, love music, golf, fishing, snowboarding, playing cards… and I love animals!

My dream place would be walking distance to a grocery store, maybe to have a mother-in-law suite, basement of a house to myself, or to share a place with a female (around my age) who has a cat (preferably, though I enjoy dogs too) I could love on 💗 I would love to get my own but I want to be in a more stable situation before that happens. I am also looking for a furnished room.

I like to be clean and organized, and am very considerate of others. I live a clean and sober lifestyle and have a year and a half of sobriety. I don’t mind if there is alcohol around, but I can’t be in a place where there is partying going on.
