I’m committed to exercising and nourishing my body every day so that I can stay healthy and perform at peak levels while doing the activities that bring me joy.

I’m a dad of 4 awesome kids that will visit about 8-10 times per month since I am in the tail end of finalizing my divorce - it’s been a long road but ultimately it’s taught me a lot about myself and what’s important to me.

Being a high sensation seeker that is highly sensitive with ADHD has its challenges. But my playfulness allows me to be adaptive and resilient while my reflective nature helps me see patterns quickly so that I can commit to learning and growing from my mistakes.

I’m intuitive and curious which leads me to be self-motivated and always in motion. Ultimately, I am collaborative by nature and thrive in independent relationships where we can support each other through thick and thin while maintaining our independence.

I am an introvert who is mostly extroverted when out with friends - people tend to gravitate towards me because I have a fun, playful personality. However, at home I prefer the quiet and like living with female roommates. Unfortunately, I’m not really into watching sports… unless I am actively participating in them!
