Hi, I’m a UC Berkeley grad, prior Naval Officer, and overall pretty extroverted guy. I’m looking to live in a happening area with fun things to do within a reasonable walking distance and from my research that seems to be Navy Yard, the Wharf, AdMo, and downtown Arlington. However, I’m open to other ideas! I’m moving to DC from San Diego for work (I’ll definitely miss the surfing and beach volleyball).

My other hobbies include travel (especially internationally), skiing, always learning something new, going out to do fun random things, paddle boarding, reading, and golfing. I imagine I’ll be out quite a bit for at least the first 6 months making new friends as I currently only know like 3 people in the DMV lol.

I do own my own condo back in San Diego and would consider myself a 9/10 for cleanliness (although I’m pretty chill about it) and really I just care for my roommate to be reasonably clean and on top of their items in our shared space, perhaps a 7+/10 for cleanliness. I’ll work in Arlington Tuesday’s-Thursday’s and from home on Monday’s and Friday’s. I’ll probably do a healthy 2/3 mix of cooking Hello Fresh and eating out.
