Hello, I am a responsible, clean, pleasant but private , senior who only requires a small amount of space: I am quiet, tidy, do not clutter, and typically use minimal utilities. I DO NOT smoke, use drugs, entertain undesirable guests, appreciate loud music or pets. My hobbies have included gardening in the past and so I do enjoy a rural setting or nearby park. A private bathroom and a private entrance would be preferred, as well as a place to park. I could be the perfect tenant for a property owner simply wishing to supplement income with my small $ contribution to the cost of keeping a home. Please consider this possibility.
