Hey! My name is James. I am 33 years old and my occupation is welder/fabricator so I can be pretty handy around the house. Oddly enough I look forward to doing yard work and gardening. I’m an organized person and keep tidy. I will be working around 50 hours a week. I love to ski, hike and travel. I am quite the audiophile as well. I have an old pup. He is 14. He may not be with me much longer so I’m looking for a place with tenants who love the company of a very well behaved dog. He is a total snuggle bear. Not a big partier because I work a lot. So looking for a spot that isn’t too loud during the week.
