Just moved to Denver from upstate NY to start a new job. I’m a tidy and quiet roommate and would love to find some folks that also like to keep their living space relatively clean. I like to sit outside with my morning tea/coffee, so a balcony or outdoor space would be great! Things I do for fun: casual bike rides to grab coffee, reading, paddling, spending time outside, and painting.

Looking for a place: -In Speer, Baker, Wash Park West, Cap Hill, Platt Park -without cats (sadly I’m allergic) -where I can freely use shared spaces since I will be working from home 3 days a week
