Very interested in a team-up as I I’d like to stay in one place if possible

I’m a very organized person that handles money well. I’ve never been late on paying rent or for the utilities. I also like to keep wherever I rent clean and tidy. I also like to think I’m very considerate of others- if I’m grocery shopping, 9 out of 10 time I get stuff for everyone in the apartment to have as well.

As far as hobbies I have a wide range of interests from video games and anime to traveling, hiking, cycling, kayaking, and being adventurous. If the weather isn’t bad and I’m not working, 9 times out of 10 I’ll be doing something outside.
