Good morning 🌞 Myself and my partner travel for work. We have 1 vehicle, no pets or children. We just want a large master bedroom, private bathroom and non party flatmate. We usually are only home about a week a month. But when we are we like to cook and watch movies. We want are possessions safe and we want a stable landlord type. We currently find our housing situation uncomfortable. I believe they were looking for a friend and not finical stability. We work between Florida and Texas. We have both been home owners so understand what it takes to keep it going. We just want to relax and have some peace when home and maybe we can help you live in peace too. No drama, no drugs.
