I’m 45 years old, and recently Widowed from my wife of 21 years whom just passed Nov 1st from a brain aneurysm we new nothing about. I’m a grandfather 8 grandkids and I have a 11 year old daughter that I have visit on weekends sometimes every other weekend. My plan was to get a house to own. Preferably a multi family so that it could be rented out and the Tennant’s would basically be paying for the mortgage payment and etc. However, after losing my wife and partner. Many things have changed almost overnight and not for the best. So I’m open to other people’s plans and can be a good partner or additional person to help with a long term plan. Being 45 I’m not a loose cannon like young men or boys, I don’t go anywhere, don’t go out, and pretty quiet and a cleaning machine. Looking for a room prefer a bathroom attached with room. And I’m willing to help and a good friend if needed and chemistry is good. Otherwise I keep to myself mostly.
