Hey y’all, My name is Ian. I’m 26 years old and I’m starting classes again this upcoming Spring 2024 semester at CSU Dominguez Hills. I’m working as a Claims Service Representative at AAA in Long Beach. I’m looking for a room to rent anywhere within Gardena, Downey, and Garden Grove areas. I don’t mind a commute because I’m trying to focus on working and doing well in my class. Ideally looking to move in January, because my class starts in February and runs until mid June. My budget per month is pretty rigid, even though I’m trying to balance work and school, being paid barely above minimum is so damn rough especially in SoCal.
