Was in the process of buying a home and it fell through last minute. My current lease ends end of February. I have 2 dogs, Nova and Luna, both are very low-energy and passive, with no barking or anything. I work from home and also run a business on the side.

Ideally looking for a room and an office or space for an office. I’m very laid back and easy to get along with. I respect others’ spaces and belongings. I am very social, so I do not stay in my room all the time or tucked away.
