I am hoping to find a lease starting mid-February to the start of March. It can be earlier if it is the right fit.

About me: I moved to Oakland about 6 months ago. I work as a civil engineer and work in the field 90% of the time. I love to get outdoors, in particular hiking, backpacking, and skiing. I often spend my time cooking a big dinner, reading, or going to the climbing gym.

I am looking for: Clean and considerate roommates. I really enjoy cooking, so I hope to keep the kitchen and common spaces tidy. I would enjoy hanging out with my roommates going out for dinner or watching shows together. However, I also need some time to decompress and rest.

Neighborhoods: I am hoping to be relatively close to a BART station (~10-15 min walk). I am envisioning looking in Temescal, Rockridge, Piedmont Ave, and Uptown areas. Also would be interested in South Berkeley, North Oakland, Emeryville. I am open to other ideas!
