I’m not looking for a room. I’m interested in moving into my own place and renting a room. I’m not looking for rooms on this website. My bio is for ahead of time. I’ll be moving in July on my own but I’ll b renting a room and /or having a roomie move in with me at that time. (The budget shown on the profile is not my budget- it’s the base minimum amount I deem acceptable on anyones part of the rent)so I am back here- to rent a room in West Columbia, Cayce and/or Columbia areas in the near future. I am a student and I work two jobs- I’m a workaholic and homebody. I can easily be sociable and/or give space. It’ll also b best to sign a written agreement with an official notary for your safety of your things. If you need a room, just inbox me ☺️ by May-July! I’m looking forward moving into my own a three bedroom apartment/house to also take care of my younger sibling with minor mental health challenges (they are extremely sweet and is very quiet unless you engage with them about 🎮 you gain their interest lol) so they can have their own room.
