Hello! I currently live alone but have had roommates in the past. I’m fully vaccinated + boosted (you too please). Hoping to save some money and find someone to room with. I’m a great communicator and I believe in treating others with respect. I’m typically awake/active between the hours of 11am-2am. Although I’m a night owl I am aware of roommates and neighbors varying schedules and am respectful of that always. I’m a bartender and work in the service industry. I think it would be easier to find someone with a similar schedule but open to other arrangements as well. I’d like to find someone who’s intention is also to have our home be a safe, peaceful and welcoming space. I’m fairly quiet and introverted and don’t have many guests over but I don’t mind if you have guests over as long as guests are willing to respect our house rules and others in the home. I’m fairly easy going, tidy (not a neat freak!) and I appreciate keeping to a loose schedule for work, etc. I have a car, no pets or kids, currently single & looking to move around end of March.
