I’m going to be moving out of my house in the Arden area of Sacramento in 2 - 4 weeks because I just cant afford to pay the $1,850 rent by myself anymore. Hoping to find a room to rent within that time and it would be a bonus if it was in a central location where I can walk/ride a bike anywhere I need to go like maybe downtown/midtown Sac. Need a place with either good WI-Fi that I will split the cost of with you or if not at least has good cell reception so I can get work done online. I’m laid back and respectful, clean, and will respect the space you rent to me. I have a cat that is chill and well behaved. Please message me if you have something you think could work. Thank You
