I am responsible, easygoing, clean/organized, sober (not important if you are) and a decent cook. Trying to find work as a chef so need kitchen access - happy to cook for you. I play guitar but respectful of your space and peace - can play in my headphones silently or only when nobody is home. Very active, will be out snowboarding and biking a lot. April 1st not a hard requirement - staying with family in Frisco now - will consider move in dates before or after.
