Budget range is ~$1100-2000 because I’d like to live in a newer / more modern building, with a good location.

Work from home software engineer. I’m generally quiet and clean at home, but also fun to be around and very easygoing 😎. I’m a big foodie and love trying new restaurants or making new foods, and I watch a lot of different TV and movies. Also a big nerd about any science field, and could talk about stuff for hours.

Will respect your belongings and your privacy, as well as any guests that you have. I don’t have many preconceptions about anything and am very open minded.

Mainly just want to move to be out of the parents house and be more social. (love my parents but want to expand my life) Would also be cool to live in a more urban area.
