I’m 54, single, very stable employment, and income. I do not drink. smoke, or use drugs. I do a lot of my work from home on the computer. I manage 2 small but established businesses in the area. I’m fairly quiet. I am quiet, clean, organized, respectful, and easy to get along with. I always pay rent early and in full and have plenty of references. - Please note: I do have a small adult white Terrier-chihuahua mix that is trained and well-behaved.
