Hi, my name is Brad or Bradley, and I’m looking for a studio apartment and there are zero to be found. I’m from Tampa/ Clearwater area and they’re quite a lot over there, but I’ve had no luck here. I’m currently living with my best friend and her son in Cocoa, and paying $1200 on the first of each month. I moved in here to help her too, as she was waiting on her divorce to be finalized. We’ve been friends for twenty years and she’s always the very first person I list for references, among many. I don’t NEED to move, but tbh I don’t like big spaces, and endless cleaning in areas essentially unused, and my dream is to have a “tiny house”, maybe on a plot of land someday. But I work from home, M-F, with a vast computer setup, and need, and am willing to pay for myself (ur welcome to use it) the best Wi-Fi available in the area. I’m extremely quiet and keep to myself, I ride my sport bike almost every weekend around Florida, so I’m sometimes not even there on weekends. I can easily pay $1200 or more a month for the right place, and I’d things come up my landlord needs help with, I have a very stable and good income, and plenty in savings. I can pay for a few months in full too, if it helps all involved. Also my bike is very quiet! Promise! You’re neighbors and house guests will NOT hate me, lol. I am a gay man but no one knows that upon mtg me and I’m not loud and proud or even out 100% really. I have two ex wives, one who’s been my best friend since we married at 19, (28+ yrs, also a reference) and my kids mom who I believe is awaiting my demise as much as I hers.. lol. So technically I’m Bi sexual but I have zero plans on dating a woman, and haven’t in the 10 years I’ve been divorced. I also have a fiancé but we’re setting no date, cuz he’s younger than me, and my twin flame (same birthdays) but I’m refusing to lock him down to a mundane regular life with me, until I have that Tiny home and land that we are starting to think about and design for ourselves when it works out. He helps his family right now with a dying uncle, and his Mom who’s my adopted mom too. I have wonderful people in my life, I’m a really good friend and you’ll be buoy mtg and knowing me, and I’m as honest as they come, sometimes to my own detriment. But it’s how I’ve learned to be to have a good, quality of life. I just need a space to sleep, shower, and work m-f, and the smaller and closer to a studio apt that I can find.
