Hello! My name is Afriel/Vincent, and I use they/he pronouns. I’m an extrovert, and while I love to socialize, I won’t bother you if that’s not your thing.

I’m looking to move in June. I will have 1 pet with me, my dog Baby. She is 15 lbs and can be a little loud. She’s not good with other dogs but plays with cats. I also don’t mind also helping care for others pets. I prefer to socialize a lot, or at least be friends with the people I room with. It’s ok if you’re introverted or don’t want to hang out much, as long as we aren’t avoiding each other.

I’m also looking to pay no more than 600$ per person when it comes to rent. I prefer to have in-unit laundry but I don’t mind otherwise. I just need my own room and bathroom basically. AC/heating and a working dishwasher are also requirements for me.

I also do lots of arts and crafts and don’t mind sharing my art supplies at all.

Overall I like to think I am a very interesting person and I would love to hear from anyone looking for a safe apartment to share.
