My current lease is up 31st of March so I’m getting a head start here. I work full time, I just got a new job where the work will be hybrid. Some days in office some days at home. I’m a mostly a homebody. When I am home I usually keep to myself in my room. But I also enjoy being social and spending time out on occasion. Trying to get out and explore Phoenix more. Discovering new places and trying new things is something I enjoy doing. Trying to get out of homebody mode!
I’ve been in phx for 2.5 years now. I’m open to short or long term leases.

I currently do have a foster dog. Her name is Nobu and she’s the sweetest little black and white chiweenie. She’s fully crate and potty trained. She also has her puppy manners in order and can even do a few commands! Ideally I’d like to keep her until she’s adopted but if I find a place or roommate that doesn’t accept dogs I will find another foster for her.

What I’m look for in a roommate: Someone who has some of the same interest and also is a person who is positive, fun, and wants to live in an overall warm and social environment. Maybe a travel/going out buddy?! I’m extremely laid back, and easy going. Nothing bothers me much but if anything comes up I’ll be sure to have a respectful, mature conversation about it. Having common spaces clean and open communication is a must.
