We are both employed, looking for something in Amador County to stay close to adult children and grandchildren, Easy to get along with, drug free, and willing to do chores or other household duties for reduced rent. Can provide references, and currently receiving homeless support from the county this guarantees deposit and first months rent paid in full by the program, possibly longer on a case by case basis. No pets but still love animals. In need of something as soon as possible.
