(ISO: furnished room) Looking to save money by rooming with someone while I’m building a startup business. I work full time, and have side projects that keep me very busy. I don’t drink or Do drugs/party. I rarely have people over. I’m a pretty easy roommate I keep to myself and enjoy my solitude and have plenty going on but can also be social on occasion. I’m looking for an arrangement where I have a considerable amount of space to recharge and work with my own bathroom* (if possible but not a deal breaker). I enjoy cooking and am mindful about keeping spaces neat. I prefer not to live with someone who drinks heavily and parties or always has a lot of people over as I do enjoy peace and quiet. I think having compatible lifestyles make the experience much more pleasant overall. *Gender or sexual orientation is not a stipulation, I’m friendly to everyone :)
