My name is Carl and I’m a landscape architect/designer from Winnipeg, Canada but currently living and working in Toronto. I also just finished my masters degree in landscape architecture last year.

I’ll be in a sublet starting May, but will be looking to find a place at the start of September. My budget is up to $2000. I’m looking to live in Manhattan or Brooklyn (Williamsburg, dt Brooklyn, Greenpoint). But pretty flexible as long as it’s accessible to my office (Wall Street area) via subway/public transit

I am clean, professional, and respectful, but I am also social and fun outside of work/school times. I like gaming, board games, photography, watching hockey, hiking, traveling, checking out bars and breweries, and just hanging out with friends!
