I am a single 34 y/o female. I am looking for a room to rent or seeking a female roommate to look at apartments/housing to lease with.

I am a non-smoker/non-drinker, so I would like to find someone who shares those qualities. (I’m not saying you can never have a nice glass of wine. Sometimes it’s completely necessary! I just mean I don’t want to deal with a belligerent drunk person. If you do smoke, I’d just prefer you do it outside.)

I am a paralegal. Sometimes I work from home. Sometimes I go to my office. It just depends.

I love most animals! (No snakes, lizards, etc.) But dogs and cats are more than welcome! I have a cat. His name is Tate. He is weird, but sweet once he gets used to you. He is an indoor only cat.

I’m not a partier. I’m very much a home body/introvert.

I was a political science major in college. So, I do enjoy politics, but if you’re pro-Trump, we probably should not live together. It’s nothing personal, I just don’t want to live with someone that I don’t share core beliefs with as I prefer as little drama in the home as possible. With that being said, I believe there is a very large difference between a Republican and a Trumper. That’s a conversation for another time though. Interpret that how you will.

I don’t care if you have visitors, but if they start becoming regular overnight guests, I’m going to have to ask they pay a portion of the expenses. (I don’t mean a rare weekend visitor. I mean if your partner/significant other starts staying frequently. I will abide by the same standards.)
