Hello,

I am currently looking for a roommate who would be interested in renting a house together. I have recently come across large and affordable rental property, and I think it would be a great idea to share the living space and expenses with respectful, like minded people!

The houses I am considering have 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, near Clearwater and North St. Pete and range from $1800-2400 a month.

I am a full-time employed, non-smoker, no pets, responsible and respectful with a career in tech and 10yrs positive credit and rental history. Quiet, professional, courteous and easy to get along with.

I enjoy music, art, design, building pc’s and traveling, I am cannabis friendly and open minded to living with artists and like minded folks but most importantly looking for a clean stable situation.

I am very clean and conscientious and appreciate being in a space that’s respected by the people who live there. Ideally looking to find a place that has peace and privacy.

No pets and no intention to have any. Single and not pursuing a relationship currently. I spend my time working on my career, being creative and taking care of my health.
