Hi! My name is Artur. Im 24 and originally from Philadelphia. I went to school in Baltimore and have lived in Austria, Tahoe, Italy, and now in Seattle. I used to work as a ski instructor and now looking to move back to a mountain town with a remote job.

Outside of skiing, I love to stay active by swimming, running, biking (road and mt), and yoga. For less active activities, I love to cook, bake, play guitar, and watch movies.

If you are looking for a roommate or want to team up to find a place let me know! I have a lot of experience living in small / big groups as well as guys / girls and have learned the right fit is more important than any location! Budget is 1600 but ideally looking to pay 2400-2600 for 2 bdrm or 3300-3600 for 3bdrm. Move in date preferred to be Jul 1 but can do one month earlier or later.

I usually like to wake up early, keep things clean, and am pretty social. I am a non smoker but do not care if you are. I have no pets / kids but have lived with cats / dogs before (up to 4 at once!) and am open to living with pets.
