I am quiet and keep to myself mostly because I work a lot during the week and watch tv or sleep during my time off work. I also enjoy photography, hiking, nature and spending time with family. I don’t have any pets, children or significant other. I work at an HVAC company in Chantilly Mon-Fri. I am a reliable and good tenant.

I am looking for an unfurnished, private master bedroom, or private basement with private bath. I’m looking for a peaceful place with no small kids, no pets, no smoking, no drugs in the home and no strong cooking smells.

I also have a budget of no more than 1,100 per month, including utilities, and need kitchen and laundry access. I do not post my photo but will meet in person to see the space. I value peace and quiet at nighttime during the work week.

I am also willing to meet people on here and share a space, but we must be of similar mindset on living.
