Hello all! I’m Carol. I am a financially organized person that is saving up money to own a home. I have been working in PBC for about five years, and I’m still getting to know So. Flo. I moved down here pre-pandemic when it was still affordable. I’m used to multi-cultured environments and feel like the FLL area suits my personality best.

I prefer small neighborhoods with lots of community events and recreational parks with access to ride my bike or rollerblading. I enjoy trying new food and watching live music. I would like to find a roommate with a similar vibe as mine, or at least someone who is flexible. I want to live close to the beach. Why the hell else did I move down here?!

I travel back to NY quarterly to semi-annually. My headquarter office is there. My immediate family too. I have a 13 lbs. Westie who is friendly and trained. Currently he is an ESA, and soon, I’ll train him to be a certified Service Animal. I’m neat and quiet for the most part unless there’s an occasion. My job is Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. I work from home twice a week.
