Hi! I’m a divorced dad, and see my kids on alternate weekends. Currently they stay with me two nights on alternate weekends. I would like that to continue, but depending on where the rental is located, they may only visit on during the day on alternate weekends. I work full-time out of the house. I teach art at a non-profit art studio for adults with disabilities in Santa Barbara. I’m a non-smoker, clean, a vegetarian, drink socially, a liberal, and I have a great rental record with my landlords, and enjoy getting outside for walks and hikes in area parks. I enjoyed watching the World Cup, but rarely watch sports on TV. I keep a very clean kitchen and bathroom and am not looking for a party environment. I enjoy having friends visit though it doesn’t happen very often. Cheers!
