Hello! The name’s Sean! I am friendly, laid-back, quiet and keep to myself mostly. I work full-time as a warehouse grunt from Sunday to either Tuesday or Wednesday (Depending on the week), so I’ll be gone for most of the week, save for the evenings. From Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday, I am free.

I own a bike to help me get to and from work just as a heads up. I’m very clean and like to keep things tidy. I don’t like to smoke, and I drink responsibly. I don’t mind if you do smoke or vape, just do it outside. I’ll respect your space and privacy if you respect mine.

On my downtime, I’ll either play some games on my computer, draw, paint, make cosplay or write stories. Sometimes, I will either go to the gym/swimming pool or simply go for a walk/jogging. If I’m allowed, I may practice playing my violin and/or building my model railway layout (not to worry, it would be a small portable one!). If you have any concerns about the violin or the model railway, then I’m down for discussing how we can arrange those things.

I’m looking for a room to become more independent from my family, go back to school in the near future and to save up for a house in the meantime. I am new to roommates so excuse my nervousness although I am excited and looking forward to it.

I’m currently single so don’t expect me to come home with any girlfriends, though I am close to my friends and family and they may visit occasionally. However, that being said, I respect that we’ll be sharing a space together so I’ll inform you whenever I plan on bringing any guests over.
