I’m quiet, friendly, clean, non smoker, mostly non drinker 4 health. Love animals but no pets myself. Female preferred. On site laundry & space for boxes is best. I have a single bed, nightstand and shelves, but open to storing or selling them. Bachelor’s degree in science education. Worked 11 years at public housing before unable to work. Stairs are ok. Issues w current male roommate. Looking for basic hygiene, and calm, rational communication.
