Lily

I am a 25 year old woman working as a nanny in Woodbridge, VA. I am quiet, clean, and tend to keep to myself usually. I have a boyfriend who would stay over often but would not move in. My little brother may also stay over frequently as well. Both are also quiet and clean people and would sleep in my room when they would stay over. I am currently renting a master bed/bath in a house from a couple and with another single person living there. I am looking to leave this situation due to not feeling safe around the single person who has shown himself to be aggressive towards me and dangerous, and also due to the landlord not fixing necessary things on the property (driveway, dishwasher, laundry). I have an 8 year old cat who stays in my room and is very well-behaved (he only scratches his scratching posts and he never goes outside of his litterbox). His only quirk is he will pull vent covers off the floor and try to go down them so I would need to screw them down into the subfloor (which I am able to do myself and able remove the screws when it comes time for me to move).
