Hi I’m Steve I work in tech at NBC universal. (Honestly hoping to get into film, music, artistic things in some aspect). I lived with roommates in San Diego for 3 years. Easy going. Like to get out an travel and see things. Play guitar a lot. Clean up after myself. Currently have two cars. Trying to sell a “non Street legal” mustang. Don’t really know many people in LA. Work typical hours/hybrid. Not a crazy partier, but I’m usually down for whatever. I have references if you want.

Ideally looking to spend between fifteen hundred and eighteen hundred. If someone wants to rent a nice big apartment DTLA or anywhere from woodland hills to glendale i’m down.
