I drive a company van. If I cannot park it on the street I cannot live there. It does not fit in a garage. It’s a nicely wrapped 2016 Dodge Promaster. I’m 47. I have a daughter who may visit and watch movies with me time to time. She is 8. She won’t live with me. Just be around as much as possible. I am not a partier and I don’t have many friends. I can sleep through a tornado. So I rarely have issue with other people and noise. I just work, eat, sleep, play video games and watch movies. I have no criminal history and I have hand tools for maintenance issues such as plumbing, a.c., electrical and appliances. I can usually fix anything from washers and dryers to ac units. I am educated and very spiritual. I am into holistic healing and open minded people. I have lived in the DFW area most of my life. I’m also a neat freak. Ocd when it comes to organization and cleanliness. I also have no issues with animals and people of color or different cultures.
