Would prefer roommates close to my age, no drama, kids aren’t a big deal as long as they’re not screaming 24/7, keep the shared spaces clean, I’m not a neat freak and I’m fine with taking turns with cleaning or just cleaning as we go out whatever but I’m not interested in constantly cleaning up after people and I’ll clean up after myself almost every time. I smoke cigarettes, but I respect that others don’t so If it bothers you just let me know, I have no problem keeping it away from the house. Cannabis is cool with me as long as you’re not blowing it in my face. I I haven’t smoked it much within the past few years but I’m cool with it. Just don’t eat all of my food because you had the munchies lol I don’t cook much, but I’m always willing to share if I make food. Just looking for positive people to be around, I’m easy to get along with and understand that life can be a pain sometimes but it really comes down to the choices we make and whether or not we’re able to hold ourselves accountable for them. Just be honest about your intentions and we’ll get along fine.
