Hello! I am friendly artist- I tend to keep to myself in a living space, but I’m also very sociable and super ready to make new friends to hang out with. I’m a huge Geek. I enjoy media and art forms of all kinds- But spend a lot of my time reading. I’m trying to get away to focus on myself and explore a new place.

I myself don’t drink and don’t particularly care for smoking of any kind (not a cannabis fan), but I will not begrudge others who partake from time to time or even like to have an occasional party. Social activities like going to Museums, Fan Conventions, Cafe’s, or Amusement parks would also be totally fun!

I like pets, especially cats, of which I have two-10yrs old, who are exceptionally affectionate with people and will not bite/scratch. I prefer to have them with me in my new home, and I promise they will love you immediately and you won’t want to let them go. They are not troublemakers.

I’d love to room with other girls my age (preferably between 20-26 give or take a few.) I am not spiteful, I don’t start drama, and prefer minimal stress, non aggressive environments. If we ever have problems I will gladly sit down and talk and try to accommodate.

I am coming from the Bay Area. I also already have a sizable amount saved up which would be plenty to pay my half of the rent for the year, so roommates wouldn’t need to stress about me keeping up with payments. Ideally I’d love a roommate who already has the capacity to keep up on their half, but I understand finances can be rocky- especially for young adults and students and because California is expensive as hell. As long as you are reasonably responsible and communicate, I’ll do my best to return the favor.

Ideally would try to move in around March.
