Hi, Michael here. I’m hygiene oriented, athletic, and health conscious. No drugs, only the occasional glass of wine or beer. I appreciate quiet and order when at home, but i’m still a single guy who isn’t opposed to having a date over. I currently work 5-7 days a week for a municipal department.   My free time is spent outdoors as much as possible, swimming, working out, hiking, barbecuing. Otherwise, my time is spent at the range and playing billiards when possible. My mannerisms are fairly professional and traditional, though not easily offended or triggered, I can have a raw sense of humor.  I do my best not to ever be passive aggressive with people and I hope to get the same from others, if there’s an issue I always welcome open communication and dialogue with others.

I am looking to split an apartment in an area of north Phoenix, somewhere near where the 101 & 17 meet. Looking for a clean and stable living arrangement, with someone also health and hygiene conscious. Ideally a 2br/2ba apartment or small house so we can both have our space.
