Clean, queit, usually working. Can provide yard care and pool maintenance at no charge. Reduced rate pool repairs. (As a resident only). No problem keeping to myself and respecting others privacy. Just as comfortable being social and engaging with others when appropriate. Can cook when asked or needed. I’ve been smoke free for 2 years and no chance of relapse. Prefer to be around other non smokers as smell is irritating now. Rarely have a drink. When I do it is to be social when others are. Recently filed for divorce after long separation. Reestablishing myself and my independence.
