We are a clean, respectful and busy couple. I am Executive Director of a Nonprofit in the area, Project Michael. Me and my fiance are living in Royal Palm Beach right now, we are renting a room from another member of the nonprofit, he has developed a SEVERE drinking problem the past couple months and we are unable to live in this environment anymore. Within the next 12 months or so we will be purchasing our own home, so we are looking to sign a year long lease. We are very busy, so we need a relaxing home with someone who has similar goals and ambitions. What we are seeking now is a comfortable place for us to call home and be able to work in peace on our projects. We are both extremely respectful and clean and quiet. We will respect your privacy and possessions. We are also active members of Christ Fellowship. We are at the beach paddle boarding literally every weekend, we ride bikes every couple days and go to gym every morning before work. We do not drink or smoke.
