I’m looking for a rental in the Leesburg/Purcellville area of Loudoun Co. I’d prefer to rent from a private landlord because my credit isn’t terrific. Ideally a basement with 2 bedrooms or the ability to create privacy. With that being said, if there were to be a cosigner I would be 100% on board to split a 2 bedroom apartment. I am open to either male or female roommate(s)! I currently work at a medical center in Purcellville, so the closer the better. I consider myself pretty laid back and easy going. I like to socialize, but also appreciate alone time. I have 2 cats, but one could potentially stay with my grandparents as I know the rental search is more difficult when pets are added into the equation. My 3 1/2 year old cat, Nico, is the chillest and sweetest dude ever. He loves people, so you’d gain a new best friend immediately- lol. I like to keep things neat and clean, but I wouldn’t consider myself a neat freak. I don’t smoke green, but have no issue with someone who does. I like to go out from time to time, but nothing crazy.
